What is a motivational game for dancers and a motivational quote or saying that will go with the game maybe?

this game could go with Eva’s 2nd quote: its dance charades (write diff. emotions on papers, and each girl picks one. they do a short improv and everyone else guesses- not reallly motivational, but still fun!)
