Hire people who speak English as a first language.
Don’t hire staff with indian accents because they will automatically be hung up on. And don’t do it in Australia because we have a DO NOT CALL register and it is illegal to call registered phone numbers, like me : )
I think you should first consult with those who already have a running call center. Ask them for advice and tips. You can also seek the assistance of businessmen who are engage in this type of investment.
