How can I find a motivation to lose weight?

do push ups with no shirt on and if ur gut touches the floor first then thats motivation

This may be weird, but it’s what I do (and it works!)
Before you take a shower, look in your mirror (without any clothes on) and really take a look at your body. Are you happy? (For me , no) What do you want to change? Are you what you want to look like? Thinking these thought help myself get motivated.
Get a picture of you at the current weight or something similar..
Get a picture of a HEALTHY weight hat you want to be and paste it onto the fridge.
Everytime you are hungry and want to snack on junk food, you will be able to see your goal and think, no i really need to eat healthily.
Or join a support group.. Type in Spark weight loss on Google.
