How do i keep my motivation up?

Just keep picturing the completed result and the benefits. Try not to count or agonize over all the steps between where you are now and the finished book. Picture what you want to accomplish and set goals like, by the end of today I want to have finished chapter 4. Whatever works. But it can also be helpful to take breaks and write when the inspiration hits you. Don’t make it a race. It’s going to be a work of art!
Commit yourself to writing a certain (and reasonable) amount of time each day. Do it at the same time each day. Even if you don’t feel you have anything to say, just start writing. Set a timer if you want. It’s just about maintaining consistency.
