What happened to my willpower and motivation?

you realize your slacking. just get back in the groove of things! you just have to do it and want it. nobody can do anything for you.
it sounds like you might be a little depressed - maybe about taking a cut in pay?
but you know that if you make yourself exercise for a couple of days you will start feeling great again; you will start to eat better b/c you won’t want to “waste” all the hard work you’re doing and you will start to crave exercise.
