People are afraid of changes. Most of them are not willing to sacrifice what they have. They are afraid of uncertainty they may get from the changes. Nobody will complain if the change is for better. The point is that they are not sure that the change will be better of for them. Another reason that people do not want to change is that they are afraid that they will have to do what they do not want to do. For example, people do not want to work harder, work longer hours, work more carefully, cut back their expenses, cut back their food, face the chance of rejection etc. They know that in order to achieve something or get something worthwhile, they have to pay the price. And to pay the price is somehow more painful than to be at the status quo. If you are not so happy with where and what you are now, you are not yet successful. You need to change something to be closer to your success. In this article, we will talk about how to be inspired to success.

Interestingly, Jim Rohn, a master in personal development field, has mentioned that they are two types of the people who will change. Those are the ones who are desperate and the ones who are inspired. The ones who are in desperate position do not have other choices. They either change or die. They are in deep trouble and they need to do their utmost best in order to get out of their desperation. On the other hand, the ones who are inspired do not have problem with what they are doing. But they can see that other people can be better by their different approaches to life. They see other people’s lives and works as their models. They believe that they also can achieve similar result if they do the similar things. They therefore are inspired. The second group can work better with their inspiration drive while the first group with their desperation needs.

In order to be inspired, you need to necessary steps including:

1. Find your role models

Find a person in your field. There can be more than one. Study their lives and works. See what make they become who they are now. Talk to them if you can. Find out the most about them and see what you can also do. Ask yourself if you believe that you also can become one. If so, you go the next step. If not, you need to answer why not. List down the reasons why you can not be like them. Most of the times you will find that the reasons you have on yourself are not relevant at all. You will feel more confident to proceed.

2. Set up your goals

You can not be driven without goals. This is what most people lack. Set up your goals what you want to become after you have studied the lives of other successful people. Once you have your goals, you will be inspired by what you can get and become after you achieve your goals.

3. Make your plan and take actions

Nobody can get anything without doing something. We can reap what we harvest. We need to take actions to get what we want. In order to not taking actions blindly, we should have our action plan set up. We then can follow the plan day by day until we succeed. Along the way, we can review our plan and see the progress. We can get more inspiration if we see our progress toward our goals.

4. Make visualization to your success

Visualize in your mind that you are already succeed in what you want. Visualization can attract the situation favorable to what you want according to the law of attraction. Motivation is very important to desire certain goals in your life. Without motivation, you would lack interest certain thing that may lead to the path of success. In short, you get motivated to perform well. However, some people are unable to seek motivation in most circumstances. It makes them feel discouraged and give up way before they start a task assigned to them.

Here are some important steps to boost your motivation levels. Follow these steps to feel motivated at every phase of life:

- Step 1

First and foremost you need to determine your motivation style. Some people get motivation through a desire they nourish in their hearts while others are motivated because they want to avoid certain things in life that are undesirable for them. The key is to understand what motivate you. This will help you boost your motivation levels.

- Step 2

Check yourself esteem. Low motivation is often a result of low self esteem. If this is the case, you need to work towards it. One easy way to enhance your self esteem and motivate yourself is to think all that you have already achieved. You will feel happy to know that you have been successful many times before.

- Step 3

You should make a list of all the reasons that makes you want to achieve a specific goal. Try to include pictures or symbols that would illustrate your goal. You need to give a glance to your list each time you feel discouraged or like to give up.

- Step 4

Drive away the monster called stress from your life. Yes, you really need to do that. Stress is capable of exhausting your mind and body. Exhaustion in turn, lowers your motivation levels. If you really want to get motivated, learn to relax. Exercising or indulging in your favorite activity will do well to you.

- Step 5

Make a list of all the professionals who can help in motivating you. You may also make a list of professionals. There are also people who get help in boosting their motivation levels via hypnosis. Hypnosis can be an excellent way to improve your self esteem and motivation.

- Step 6

Eliminate negativity. Remember that none of us require negativity. You need to think positive to achieve success in life.

- Step 7

Talk to yourself. Keep on talking to yourself about the goals you want to achieve. You need to remind yourself that you are a winner. If you face difficulties in achieving your goals, consider it a challenge.

- Step 8

Develop a plan. A plan should be in your mind that will let you work hard to achieve your goal. Break this plan in to several small steps. Celebrate on achieving each step. This will be a great motivational force to you.

- Step 9

Abstain from bad habits and bad friends. These are the vices that will take you nowhere. Forsake them right away.
